Baesha: Case Study

BAESHA is a lifestyle and homeware brand celebrating Black culture through beautifully crafted, environmentally aware products. Rooted in African and global aesthetics, BAESHA blends colour, fragrance, texture, and pattern to create unique homeware pieces that resonate with families, new homeowners, and young people seeking meaningful, story-driven design.

• Participant in the North East Create Growth Programme (CGP) 
• Applied for CCIP grant funding with tailored support 
• Received mentoring focused on strategic growth and positioning for investment 

Impact of Support: 

• Gained clarity in articulating BAESHA’s dual mission - as both a design-led business and a community/education-driven enterprise
